Prince Ea（プリンス・エア/イーエー）の「Dear Future Generations : Sorry」は、“未来の世代へ宛てた手紙”という形で、環境破壊と人間の価値観を真正面から問い直すスポークンワード作品です。
途中で「I’m not sorry（謝らない）」と言い切るのは開き直りではなく、「間違いは、正すことを拒んだ瞬間に“本当の過ち”になる」という宣言。つまりーここから行動で修正しようという呼びかけです。
この曲が扱うテーマは、人種差別や貧困、ジェンダー平等などの社会課題と対立するものではありません。むしろ「環境が崩れたら、どんな正しさも土台ごと崩れる」という警告です。だからこそ、言葉の強さ（比喩・数字・皮肉）を“事実の裏付け”と一緒に読んだ方が、メッセージが深く刺さります。
